摘要
随着新课程标准改革的不断推进,使得中等职业学校的教育越来越受到重视,在此情况下不断加大对中等职业学校师资队伍的建设。在十一五期间,为了深入贯彻党的发展才是硬道理,不断增加中等职业学校师资队伍的建设,使得中等职业学校师资队伍建设得到了飞速的发展,但是在中等职业学校师资队伍建设的过程中也会出现很多问题,本文针对当前中等职业学校师资队伍建设进行深一步的探究。
