摘要
空乘专业高素质人才是航空业界的紧缺人才,尤其是在航空市场竞争愈发激烈的当下,空乘专业人才素质素养更反映了航空企业的整体水平。所以在以市场为导向下空乘专业人才培养模式发生了变化,形体与体能训练不在是"一锅烩",而是根据学生特点进行分层教学,通过针对性个性化教学,使教学更高效,人才培养目标更易实现。本文对形体与体能训练分层教学对空乘专业人才培养的多个方面的影响进行了分析探讨,旨在对空乘专业人才培养模式的创新和教学方法的创新探索出新的思路。
High quality personnel of flight attendant specialty are the shortage of personnel in the aviation industry, especially in th e increasingly fierce competition in the aviation market, the quality of personnel of flight attendant specialty reflects the overall level of aviation enterprises. Therefore, under the guidance of market, the training mode of flight attendants has changed. Physical and phy sical training is not a 'stew in a pan', but a stratified teaching according to the characteristics of students. Through targeted and indivi dualized teaching, teaching is more efficient and the goal of talent training is easier to achieve. This paper analyses and discusses the i nfluence of hierarchical teaching of physical and physical training on the training of flight attendants in many aspects, aiming at explo ring new ideas for the innovation of training mode and teaching methods of flight attendants.
