摘要
自我国实现教学改革以来,当代教学质量得到了大力提升,但同时也对整体教学效率提出了更高的要求。在电大教学过程中实施有效的管理模式,是提高整体教学质量的关键,且对培养各专业人才有着重大现实意义。本文通过论述教学管理模式的内涵,分析现阶段我国电大教学管理模式中存在的问题,并结合实际情况提出解决问题的有效对策,以此为强化电大教学管理质量提供参考依据。
Since the implementation of the teaching reform in China,the contemporary teaching quality has been greatly improved,but at the same time,higher requirements have been put forward for the overall teaching efficiency.The implementation of effective management mode in the teaching process of rtvu is the key to improve the overall teaching quality,and it is of great practical significance to cultivate professional talents.This paper discusses the connotation of the teaching management mode,analyzes the problems existing in the current teaching management mode of rtvu in China,and proposes effective countermeasures to solve the problems based on the actual situation,so as to provide reference basis for strengthening the teaching management quality of rtvu.
