摘要
本文首先分析了高职院校教学团队建设现状,接着从促进青年教师成长与优秀教师成名,依托名师工作室变革教学组织与管理措施,开展"双导师"师资队伍建设,以专业成长为目标推进职业教育名师工作室师资建设,推进项目课程资源开发整合等方面提出了依托名师工作室的高职院校教学团队建设策略。
This paper first analyzes the current situation of teaching team construction in Higher Vocational colleges,then from promoting the growth of young teachers and the fame of outstanding teachers,relying on the renowned teachers’studios to reform the teaching organization and management measures,to carry out the construction of'double tutors'teaching team,and to promote the construction of renowned teachers’studios in vocational education with the goal of professional growth.Promoting the development and integration of project curriculum resources and other aspects of Higher Vocational Colleges Based on the famous teacher studio teaching team building strategies.
