摘要
高等职业教育是专业技术型人才培养的重要教育基地。在可持续发展背景下,高等职业教育与区域经济协调发展之间联系愈加密切,明确了新时期的发展方向的同时,对于新时期高等职业教育改革提出了更高的要求。本文就高等职业教育和区域经济协调发展探究,深层次剖析高等职业教育的人才培养模式,把握两者之间的关系,寻求合理对策完善高等职业教育人才培养模式,加强校企合作,为区域经济增长培养更多高素质人才。
Higher vocational education is an important education base for professional and technical personnel training.In the context of sustainable development,education is more closely related to the coordinated development of regional economy.While clarifying the development direction in the new era,higher requirements are put forward for education reform in the new era.This paper explores the coordinated development of higher vocational education and regional economy,deeply analyzes the talent cultivation model of higher vocational education,grasps the relationship between the two,seeks reasonable countermeasures to improve the talent cultivation model of higher vocational education,strengthens school-enterprise cooperation,and trains more high-quality talents for regional economic growth.
