摘要
文章通过从教学效果、教学内容、教学方法和教学态度等四个方面来构建分类评价指标体系。结合教学中实际遇到的问题来验证模糊层次分析法在高职教师分类评价体系的作用,证明该法对教学质量提升的可行性和有效性。
This paper constructs a classification evaluation index system from four aspects: teaching effect, teaching content, teaching method and teaching attitude. Combined with the actual problems encountered in teaching, this paper verifies the role of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in the classification and evaluation system of vocational teachers, and proves the feasibility and effectiveness of this method in improving teaching quality.
