摘要
现代工匠精神主要是指工匠对自己的产品精雕细琢、精益求精的精神理念,还有对行业的热爱,对传承的敬畏。生产活动需要工匠精神,职业教育事业发展也离不开工匠精神。作为高职院校从事一线学生思想政治工作的辅导员,肩负着育人化人的重要责任。如何深刻理解工匠精神,并将其融入到辅导员职业素养的培养进程中,是我们需要重视的问题。
