国际商务谈判具有跨文化性。来自不同国家或地区,有着不同的文化背景的谈判者,有着不相同的价值观、思维方式、交往模式、行为方式、语言以及风俗习惯等,因此谈判是否能达到预期的目很大程度上取决于谈判双方的谈判策略、文化差异以及谈判中的用语。
International business negotiation is intercultural. From different countries or regions, with different cultural backgrounds, negotiators have different values, ways of thinking, communication mode, the behavior way, language and customs, etc., so negotiations can achieve the desired purpose depends largely on the negotiations both sides of the negotiation strategy, cultural differences and the language.
