摘要
21世纪世界经济与政治多极化发展,文化外交与政治外交、经济外交被视为外交的三大支柱,许多国家总体外交战略三足鼎立。我国努力增进美国民众对我内外政策的了解和支持,"文化年"、"文化节"等对外文化活动,促进了交流,进一步树立了我国和平、民主、文明、进步的国家形象,增进了各国人民之间的友谊。
The trend toward multi-polarity and economic globalization is gaining momentum in 21st century.Cultural diplomacy,together with political diplomacy and economic diplomacy,are seen as the three pillars of Chinese diplomacy which is a key component of the country’s overall diplomatic strategy.To promote the American people to understand and support our domestic and foreign policy,China government has hosted the "Culture Year","Cultural Festival" and other cultural activities,and China’s national image of peace,democracy,civilization and progress have been largely established.
