摘要
有机农业的发展是随着农业生产过程中大量施用化学物质而不断造成健康隐患提出来的。发展有机农业可向社会提供无污染、口味好、食用安全的安全食品,有利于保障人民身体健康;可以减轻环境污染,有利于恢复生态平衡;有利于提高我国农产品在国际上的竞争力。从世界范围看,目前有机食品的销售量还不到食品销售量的1%,发展相对较慢。潍坊有着历史悠久的传统农业,在精耕细作、用养结合、地力更新等方面积累了丰富的经验,这是发展有机农业的精髓,是农业发展的新优势。
The concept of organic farming is gradually developed with the increasing usage of chemicals in the agricultural production, like manufactured fertilizers and pesticides, which damages human health and the environment. The organic agriculture provides the society with pollution-free, delicious, safety and environment-friendly food, which makes people healthier and the environment cleaner. It is also helpful to make our agriculture products more competitive in the world wide market.However, the development of organic farming is still quite limited at this stage. Comparing to the traditional farm products, there is only 1% of the food in the world market are produced "organically". The people in the city of Weifang have great experience and techniques in the traditional farming. Especially, they know how to make the balance between increasing the farm production and protecting the farm land productivity. All of the expertises are essential for developing organic agriculture. Be the new advantage that the agriculture develops.
