摘要
针对变电站的一次设备接线图形、拓扑关系、设备信息、电气状态信息等各种数据,文中采用XML技术解析CIM文件的方法,实现对上述数据的快速读取与分析。基于变电站监控信息基础数据库和台账库,建立二者之间松耦合的信息解析机制并实现数据库之间的数据交互。通过采用这种方式,既方便数据库的独立运行维护,又方便变电站监控信息的数据共享。
In order to process these data well,such as the primary equipment wiring graphic,topological relationship,device information and electric status information,this paper uses the XML technology to analyze the CIM file for the above data acquisition and parsing. Based on the substation monitoring basic database and equipment account database,it′ s to establish the loosely coupled informationresolution mechanismsand to achieve data exchange. By adopting the approach above,it′ s conve-nient for the independentoperation and maintenance of the database,and good for the data sharing when to process the substation monitoring information.
