摘要
负荷侧资源参与电网调控运行是平衡以风电为代表的新能源波动的重要手段之一。但柔性负荷响应的随机性、自主性与无序性也将给电网运行带来更多的不确定性。为评估柔性负荷参与电网互动的效果和影响,提出了柔性负荷互动影响评估的技术框架;建立了基于电价和激励机制的互动响应模型,并从柔性负荷的互动参与度、互动效果和电网安全性3个方面构建了评估指标体系,设计了计及互动演变过程的量化评估方法。通过对IEEE 39节点的算例分析,验证了模型、指标和分析方法的有效性。
Flexible loads are one of the most important resources for balancing the new energy fluctuation.In consideration of the increasing uncertainty in power grid operation caused by the randomness,autonomy and disorder of flexible loads response, an assessment framework is proposed to tackle the effect and impact of flexible load interaction;a price-based and an incentive-based interactive response model is developed,respectively;an index assessment system involving the interaction degree, interaction effect and security impact of power grid is built;and a quantitative assessment method considering the interaction process is designed.The effectiveness of the proposed model,the indicators and assessment method are verified by the simulation results on an IEEE 39-bus system.
