摘要
针对储能系统的荷电状态(SOC)调节问题,提出了一种基于变滤波时间常数低通滤波方法的储能SOC管理策略,并引入波动谐波含量和电池等效循环寿命来评价管理策略的效果。首先,从电力系统运行的角度对各频段的风电/光伏发电功率波动对电网频率的影响进行分析,为管理策略提供设计依据。然后,给出了所提出的SOC管理策略的原理和控制结构,并在风电/光伏发电功率波动频率分析的基础上,设计了低通滤波器的可变滤波时间常数控制规则和充放电功率限幅策略。最后,针对所提出的SOC管理策略进行了波动平抑仿真实验,并采用波动谐波含量和电池等效循环寿命对实验结果进行了评价分析,实验结果验证了策略的有效性。
In order to solve the problem of energy storage system state of charge (SOC) adjustment,this paper proposes a storage SOC management strategy for the variant filter time constant of the low pass filtering method,with the fluctuation harmonic content(FHC) and the battery equivalent cycle life introduced to evaluate the effect of management strategy.First, the impact of fluctuations on wind power is analyzed in the frequency domain from the perspective of power system operation to provide a basis for the management strategy.Then,the principles and control structure of the proposed management strategy are given,and the control rules of variable time constant of low pass filter and charge-discharge power limiting strategy are designed on the basis of the power fluctuation frequency analysis.Finally,a simulation example is designed to verify the validity of the proposed SOC management strategy by the FHC and the battery equivalent cycle life.The effectiveness of the strategy is verified by simulation results.
