摘要 分析总结2015年1月发生在湘黔地区的一次雨雪冰冻天气过程和国家电网气象监测站(点)的响应机制。利用国家电网湘黔地区15个气象监测站(点)的观测资料,分析了2015年1月28日~2月4日发生在湘黔地区溪洛渡-浙江±800 k V直流(宾金线)和西藏-泉州±1100 k V直流(规划待建)沿线附近的一次雨雪冰冻天气,并分析了此次雨雪冰冻天气过程发生时,气象监测运维部门的响应。2015年1月28日~2月4日湘黔地区沿宾金线和西藏-泉州±1100 k V直流(规划待建)线路附近多个气象监测站(点)出现了雨雪冰冻天气,降温剧烈,低温持续时间较长,对电力线路造成一定的影响。通过在雨雪冰冻天气期间,对覆冰实况的拍照和上传,使得国家电网运检部门能够更加直观详细的了解当地覆冰的严重程度,以便为除冰乃至防灾减灾工作提供更及时和准确的参考。 Analysis and summary a rain and snow freezing weather process occurred in Hunan Guizhou area the in January 2015 and the response mechanism of the national grid meteorological monitoring stations(points). [method] Used Observational data and analysis the 2015 on January 28 to February 4 of 15 meteorological monitoring station(point)in the Hunan province and Guizhou province, analyzed a rain and snow freezing weather occurred in Hunan Guizhou area of Xiluodu-Zhejiang 800 k V DC and Tibet-Quanzhou DC, and analyzed meteorological monitoring operation and maintenance of the Department's response when the freezing rain and snow weather process.[Conclusion] January 28 to February 4, the freezing rain and snow weather occurred in the Hunan province and Guizhou province along the object of Tibet-Quanzhou DC(planned to be built in) line near the meteorological monitoring stations(points); Living photos uploaded in the freezing rain and snow weather periods, the national power grid operation inspection department to be more detailed and intuitive understanding of the local ice extent for deicing and disaster prevention and mitigation work to provide more timely and accurate reference.
