摘要
机组灵活性改造要求机组低负荷时SCR脱硝系统高投入率。通过对几种常见解决方案的对比分析,根据改造项目的实际特点选取了高温烟气旁路改造方案。分别从热力计算和数值模拟计算两方面做详细介绍,并得出相关结论,设计优化后的高温烟气旁路能够保证烟气混合的均匀性,相关物理量能够满足设计要求,对国内同类型机组的改造具有借鉴意义。
The flexibility of the unit requires high input rate of SCR denitrification system at low load.Several common solutions are compared and analyzed in this paper,and the modification plan using high temperature flue gas is selected according to the actual characteristics of the reconstruction project.It is introduced in detail from thermodynamic calculation to calculation of numerical simulation,and the relevant conclusions show that the optimized high temperature flue gas bypass can ensures the uniformity of flue gas mixture,and the related physical quantities can meet the design requirements.The scheme can be used for reference in the transformation of the same type of units in China.
