本文从高宽带、高速率综合布线市场发展的需求出发,介绍了双屏蔽八类数字通信电缆的发展及主要电气传输等性能指标,重点描述了该电缆的理论设计和实际工艺设计、生产流程以及研制过程中的关键控制点。双屏蔽八类数字通信电缆的研制,为全球互联网建设提供了更优更好的传输媒介,为网络的安全可靠性提供了保证,更为提高对绞电缆的制造水平提供了指导和帮助。
As the demand of high bandwidth and high-rate cabling market development, this paper introduces the development and main electrical performance index of Cat.8 digital cables, and lays emphasis on describing the process design of the cable and the key control points in the development process. The development of double-shielded Cat. 8 digital communication cable provides better transmission medium for global internet construction, a guarantee for network security and reliability, and guidance and assistance to improve manufacturing level of communication horizontal twisted pair cable.
