摘要
探讨化疗泵应用于胃肠道肿瘤手术后患者的临床表现及护理要点。为17例胃肠道肿瘤患者在手术治疗的同时,腹腔留置皮下化疗泵,术后经泵输注药液,可以提高腹腔内肿瘤的治疗效果,尤其可以预防或治疗术后复发和肝等远处器官的转移。护理人员在化疗泵的应用过程中应掌握准确的输注技术及严格执行无菌操作原则,并做好健康教育,才能保证化疗泵的正确使用,并充分发挥临床效果。
To investigated the value ad nursing of chemotherapy pumps in the treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies in this paper. Chemotherapy pumps were set in abdominal subcutaneous tissue for 17 cases of gastrointestinal cancer during processing the operation, and the chemotherapy medicine was injected through pumps after operation. The results showed that intraperitoneal chemotherapy presents significant pharmacokinetics and clinical potentials in the treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies, as well as in the prevention of postoperative metastasis. Accurate injection skill, strict aseptic operation and health education were necessary when practicing the chemotherapy pump for its good clinical application value.
