摘要
目的 研究对苯二亚甲基硒腈 (1,4 phenylenebisselenocyanate,p XSC)对 4NQO诱发大鼠舌癌发生的阻断作用。方法 在接触致癌剂过程中或之后食物中加入对苯二亚甲基硒腈 ,应用组织学切片、免疫组化、光谱分析、高效液相色谱分析等方法 ,观察癌变率、细胞增殖及酶活性的关系。结果 食物中加入对苯二亚甲基硒腈可显著降低舌癌发生 ,舌后部细胞增殖生物标记的表达显著降低 ,舌中谷胱甘肽S转移酶和DT 黄递酶活性显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 对苯二亚甲基硒腈在舌癌发生中有很强的化学预防作用。
Objective To observe and study the inhibitory effects of dietary 1,4\|phenylenebis elenocyanate on the formation of neoplasms of the rat tongue induced by 4\|nitroquinoline\|1\|xide(4NQO). Methods During the initiation phase and the postinitiation phase of carcinogen exposure, 1,4\|henylenebis selenocyanate was administraced in diet , observe the incidence of lesions, expression of cell proliferation biomarkers and enzymic activities by histopathology, immunohistochemic, spectrographic assays and high\|performance liquid chromatography analysis ect . Result Dietary p\|xsc significantly reduced the incidence of carcinoma of the tongue , the expression of cell proliferation biomarkers in the tongue (posterior portion) was significantly degraded , the GST and QR activities in tongue were significantly elevated ( P <0.05). Conclusion 1, 4\|phenylenebis selenocyanate has powerful chemopreventive efficacy against tongue carcinogenesis.
