摘要
本文介绍了一种按键延时开关的可靠性试验方案,通过对电源、工作环境及负载类型的组合变换进行可靠性验证,并分析了不同变量对整个试验的影响。
This paper introduces a reliability testing program for a kind of delay-action switch. Through reliability verification for the combined transformation among power supply, working environment, and load type, the influence of different variables on the whole test is analyzed.
