摘要
针对异步电机启动电流谐波大,启动功率因数低等问题,提出一种基于无功补偿的电机软启动方法。建立了基于无功补偿的电机软启动器系统结构模型,分析无功补偿装置的控制方式以及补偿电容的算法。并借助MATLAB分别对三种启动方式进行仿真对比,结果表明,基于无功补偿的电机软启动方式在减小无功功率提高功率因素的同时,进一步减小了启动电流。
Aiming at the problem of the great starting current harmonics and the low starting power factor about induction motor, a motor soft start method based on reactive power compensation is proposed. It establishes a motor soft starter system model based on reactive power compensation. And this paper analyzes the control method of reactive power compensation device and the algorithm of compensation capacitor. It makes the simulation comparison of three starts modes by MATLAB. The results show the motor soft start method based on reactive power compensation can reduce reactive power and improve power factor, while further reduce the starting current.
