摘要
通过分析螺杆压缩机容调机构的加卸载原理,结合实际试验经验,提出了一种利用压力快速诊断双螺杆压缩机容调机构故障的技术。对于批量化的生产过程快测和售后机组故障原因的锁定,具有重要意义。
Through analyzing the loading and unloading principle the capacity adjustment mechanism of screw compressor, and combined with the tests, this paper puts forward a technique for rapid diagnosis with pressure for capacity adjustment mechanism fault of twin-rotor screw compressor. It is significant for the fast measurement in the mass production process and the examination of after-sale units fault.
