摘要
环型磁钢作为一种较常用的表贴式磁钢结构,在进行电机设计时,需要准确地对环形磁钢材料进行相应仿真参数的设置。本文对环形磁钢在Ansoft软件中材料设置方式进行了介绍,并在实际电机仿真中进行应用,通过仿真得到的反电势、磁链以及电机效率同实际样机测试结果进行对比,为该类型电机的设计提供参考。
The magnetized ring is a kind of familiar magnet configuration. In the design of electric machine, it needs accurate corresponding simulation parameter setting of annular magnetic steel material in Electromagnetic Simulation. The paper introduces the simulation method of the annular magnetic based on Ansoft software, and applies it to the ac-tual motor simulations. Taking advantage of contrast the simulation and test on inducted voltage, flux and efficiency, it puts forward a reference for the similar style motor.
