小开度工况下水轮机内部流场特性数值模拟研究

摘要 在根据国家"十二五"、"十三五"规划,水电将成为我国电力系统的重要组成部分。随着水轮机尺寸、容量的增加,水轮机稳定性将成为机组设计过程中需要优先考虑的问题。水电站飞逸试验时,曾在小开度工况出现超过可接受范围的振动,使得对水轮机小开度下的水力稳定性得到广泛关注。本文采用RNG k-ε模型对某水轮机模型小开度工况进行了CFD分析,获得模型机外特性曲线,研究了导叶小开度状态下机组内部流场演变规律及流场特点,分析了导致流动不稳定的原因。 According to he 12 th five year plan and 13 rd five years plan, water power will be one of the most important part in china power system. The increasing of unit size and capacity will promote the considering of hydraulic stability to priority in the design of water turbine. During the runaway test of water turbine, abnormal vibration appeared under small opening conditions, which makes the hydraulic stability of water turbine widely concened. This paper simulated the turbine under small opening conditions uesing CFD method with RNG k-ε turbulance model. The characteristics of turbine was obtained and the flow details in the turbine. Finally, the reason which causes the unstability of water turbine was analyzed.
