发电机入口压力及转速对转子各段风量分布影响 被引量:2

摘要 大型空冷汽轮发电机中风量分布直接决定电机内部的峰值温度,研究风量分布的影响因素是非常重要的。由于汽轮发电机转子旋转情形下通风测量技术复杂等原因,转子通风实验多数在低压、静态下进行,本文基于计算流体力学(CFD)原理,采用有限体积法,建立转子单槽物理模型,并数值模拟求解其三维旋转湍流流场,研究入口压力、转速变化对转子半轴向段内端部、轴向及副槽段内通风孔的风量分布影响,以弥补实验之不足。研究结果表明,入口压力对转子入口风量影响非常显著,入口压力5000Pa,转速为3000r/min运行状态下的转子端部、轴向及副槽通风孔的风量分布与低压、静态下的分量分布差异很大。结论为发电机通风实验提供参考。 Air volume flow rate distribution in large turbine generator directly affect the peak temperature of rotor winding,it is very important to research the influence factors of air flow distribution in the rotor. Most ventilation test of rotor ducts is conducted under low inlet pressure and static state due to ventilation measurement technology complexity under the rotating condition. In this article, single slot rotor physical model was established. Based on computational fluid dynamics theory, finite volume method was adopted to numerically solve three-dimensional rotational turbulent flow field. Effects of entrance pressure and the variation of rotating velocity on air flow rate distribution in half rotor end, axial and sub-slot segment, respectively. The results show that, entrance pressure influences the air volume of rotor inlet dramatically, the magnitude of air mass flow rate and distribution of the rotor end, axial and sub-slot segment under 5000 pa inlet pressure and 3000r/min rotating velocity is very different with that distribution under low inlet pressure and static state. The conclusion provides reference for ventilation experiment of turbo-generators.
