摘要
对应于异步机电动机的转子断条故障,在定子侧的电流中会有断条故障电流特征频率的体现。本文说明了利用三种频率分析方法原理进行转子断条故障分析:其一,利用矩阵变换的原理将三相电流变换到旋转坐标系下,并绘制Park矢量图,通过对比故障Park矢量图和正常Park矢量图的畸变可判断故障;其二,通过分解信号的变化,可以判断出频率逐渐变化的成分,进而诊断出有无断条故障。
There will be a corresponding reflection of rotor broken bar fault in stator alternating current. This passage introduces three theories of frequency analysis and the analysis of rotor broken bar fault. The first is based on the theory of matrix transform. Rotor broken bar fault can be found by comparing the Park vector graph of transformed three-phase current with the Park vector graph of good motors. The second is based on Fourier transform. By analyzing the characteristic frequency, the rotor broken bar fault can be found. The third is based on wavelet transform. Through analyzing the gradually changing low frequency, the rotor broken bar faults can be effectively identified.
