摘要
异步电机的智能测试系统 ,突破了传统的测试方法。无需任何附加设备 ,通过严密、精确的数学模型 ,由微型计算机可实时在线地测试出电机的常规量 (电压、电流、功率、功率因素、频率、效率等 ) ,工作特性 ,电机的经济运行参数 ,节能参数以及M—S特性曲线。实践证明 ,该系统设计简单 ,功能齐全 ,测试全面 ,应用范围广 。
The intellectualized test of asynchronous motor broke through the traditional test method. It needn't any additional equipment. It based on strictness and rigor math model. The microcomputer could real-time on line measure the convention amount (voltage, current, power , power-factor, frequency, efficiency etc.), operate property, the operating parameters of motor, energy-saving parameters and M-S property curve. It has been proved that the system has these advantages on design-simple, completed function, measuring overall, abroad apply range. The system has important meaning in overall understanding the parameter and property of motor.
