列车转向架侧梁焊接温度场的数值模拟

摘要 利用ANSYS有限元软件建立了列车转向架侧梁的有限元模型,对侧梁T型接头的三层12道焊缝的焊接过程进行温度场的数值模拟,分析和讨论温度场的计算结果。结果表明,采用本方案能够较为准确的模拟列车转向架侧梁的焊接过程,与实际焊接情况的温度场分布接近,为列车转向架侧梁的焊接结构进行三维焊接温度场的分析和焊接工艺控制提供了理论依据和指导。 This paper has created a finite element model of the side beam on train bogie with ANSYS finite element software. The temperature filed of welding process in the T-joint's three layers 12 welds on the side beams were numerical simulated. The calculation results of temperature field are analyzed and discussed. The results show that the model established using this method can simulate welding process for side beam on train bogie more accurately and be closer to the actual welding temperature field distribution. And provides a theoretical basis and guidance for the analysis of three-dimensional temperature field and the control of welding process in the welded structures for side beam on train bogie.
