摘要
在四川等潮湿地区,涂覆RTV涂料的绝缘子表面往往会大量生长绿球藻,给绝缘子带来了潜在的运行风险。因此,本文首先调研了四川地区各变电站内绝缘子表面绿球藻的种类、生长状况和覆盖特性,然后取样分析了绿球藻对支柱绝缘子表面积污和憎水性分布的影响,最后进行了长有绿球藻绝缘支柱的操作冲击闪络特性试验和自然污秽试验,以及模拟自然污秽状况下的人工污秽试验。通过以上研究,获得了绿球藻对支柱绝缘子表面憎水性、操作冲击以及污秽闪络特性的影响。结果表明,绿球藻多生长于支柱绝缘子伞裙上表面,并使被覆盖区域的憎水性大大降低,从而导致污秽闪络电压降低,但其操作冲击特性并未因为绿球藻的存在而明显降低。
In the humid area like Sichuan Province, chlorococcum often grows abundantly on the surface of post insulators with RTV coat, which may increase the risk of pollution flashover. To address the problem, in this paper, investigations on the growth conditions, the species, the growth habit and the distribution status of the chlorococcum was carried out. Besides, the influence of chlorococcum layer on the hydrophobicity of RTV coat was studied. At last, the switching impulse withstand performance and pollution flashover withstand performance of the chlorococcum polluted insulator were tested. The results indicate that the chlorococcum mainly grows on the top surfaces of the skirts, which will lead to obvious decrease of hydrophobicity of the top surface of the insulator, thus the pollution flashover voltage declines significantly. However, the operating impulse flashover performance is seldom or never affected by the chlorococcum layer.
