摘要
揭示并分析了连续导电模式(CCM)脉冲跨周期调制(PSM)Buck变换器中输出电压低频波动现象及其形成机理,提出了一种应用电感电流纹波注入反馈(ICRIF)法来抑制该现象的技术。结果表明,输出电容串联等效电阻(ESR)是影响PSM CCM Buck变换器控制性能的关键参数。选用较小ESR输出电容时将引发输出电压低频波动;而选用较大ESR输出电容时可抑制该现象,但输出电压纹波仍然很大。利用ICRIF法,可以抑制低ESR输出电容时的低频波动现象,还可以有效降低输出电压纹波。电路实验结果验证了理论分析和电路仿真的正确性。
Output voltage low-frequency oscillation phenomenon in pulse skipping modulation(PSM) buck converter in continuous conduction mode(CCM) and its forming mechanism is revealed and analyzed, and a technique to restrain this phenomenon is proposed by applying inductor current ripple injection feedback(ICRIF) method. The results indicate that the output capacitor equivalent series resistance(ESR) is a key parameter to affect the control performance of PSM CCM buck converter. When smaller ESR output capacitor is used, the output voltage low-frequency oscillation is triggered; while when larger ESR output capacitor is used, this phenomenon can be suppressed, but the output voltage ripple is still large. By utilizing the ICRIF method, the low-frequency oscillation phenomenon at low ESR output capacitor can be suppressed and the output voltage ripple can be reduced effectively. The circuit experimental results verify the correctness of theoretical analysis and circuit simulation.
