摘要
原料拼配方案确定是一个复杂的经验类问题求解 ,不仅涉及原料的种类和品质、拼配后的品质体系 ,而且要考虑陈 (老 )原料使用、合理库存量、成本等多因素约束 .本文在分析和获取拼配知识的基础上 ,建立了一种基于 Agent协作的拼配规划系统 ABPS,在知识表达和拼配模型建立的基础上 ,通过创建控制 Agent(CA)和执行 Agent(EA)来实现知识与模型结合、计算与推理并行、协作交互控制的分布式处理 .
The determination of blending plans in batch manufacturing is a complex and time-consuming process that needs a lot of experiences. This paper proposes an approach to generation of blending planning using a cooperative multi-agent system. First, a model for the blending problem is developed based on operations research principles; Second, the architecture of the system is introduced; third, the cooperative problem solving process for blending planning generation using the multi-agent system is described. Finally, an application of our system in tea blending is presented.
