摘要
探讨了电子束法净化电厂烟道气过程中自由粒子的产生以及SO2与NOx的脱除机理。结果表明:SO2的脱除有两条途径——热化学和辐射化学,在当量氨的存在下,热化学起主导作用;脱除NOx的过程则纯粹是辐射诱发的氧化-还原反应。
The mechanism of formation of ions , radicals as well as desulfurization & denitrification are anaylized when using electron beam dry scrubbing (EBDS) to clean flue gas . The results show that both thermal reactions and radiation-chemical reactions contribute to SO2 removal. When a near stoichiometric amount of ammonia is added to the flue gas, thermal removal of SO2 is dominant . The mechanism of denitrification is merely oxidation-reduction reactions induced by radiation.
