摘要
目的探究综合护理模式应用于先天性心脏病术后患儿的效果。方法选取我院2015年1~6月收治的120例先天性心脏病患儿,分为观察组与对照组,对照组实施呼吸道常规护理,观察组予以综合性护理模式,观察并记录两组患者术后呼吸机管理并发症的发生情况、呼吸道并发症发生情况、拔管时间和住院时间,以评价其临床疗效。结果观察组呼吸机管理并发症发生率为5.0%,呼吸道并发症发生率为3.3%,观察组的拔管时间和住院时间均低于对照组。经分析,两组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施综合护理模式能明显降低先天性心脏病患儿呼吸道并发症发生率,提高患儿治疗的有效率,对患儿的康复产生积极的影响。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing mode for postoperative children with congenital heart disease. Methode120 cases of children with congenital heart disease were studied from January to June 2015 in our haspital.dirided snte observation group and control group.The control group received conventional nursing while obssreation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The two groups were compared for the occurrence of postoperative ventilator management complication,respiratory complioations and duration of haspitalization. Result The complication rate in the observation group was 5%, and the rate of airway complications was 3.3%. The extubation time and length of hospital stay in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. the differences between the above groups were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion the implementation of comprehensive nursing mode can significantly reduce the incidence of congenital heart disease in children with respiratory complications, improve the treatment efficiency of children and exert a positive impact on the rehabilitation of children.
