摘要
维生素D(Vit D)与Vit D受体与人体骨骼、肌肉、脂肪等组织有着密切的关系。肿瘤恶病质以体重进行性减少为特征,主要表现骨骼肌和脂肪组织质量的减少。关于肿瘤恶病质治疗中Vit D的作用还无统一观点,本文就有关Vit D在肿瘤恶病质中的作用进行综述。
Vitamin D(VitD)and VitD receptors are closely related to human skeleton,muscle,fat and other tissues.The cachexia of the tumor is characterized by progressive loss of weight,mainly due to the decrease in the mass of skeletal and adipose tissue.There is no consensus on the role of VitD in the treatment of cachexia.This article reviews the role of VitD in cancer cachexia.
