摘要
高校培养和管理学生的最终目的是育人,即将学生培育成社会需要的人才。在新时代,习近平总书记提倡要大力弘扬工匠精神,这一提法的出现立刻引起各行各业的思考,工匠精神在高校实现其育人作用时也可作为出发点和着眼点。以工匠精神立足,探讨高校教学育人的新模式,是高校教育应该思考的问题。
The ultimate goal of training and managing students in colleges and universities is to educate people,that is,to cultivate students into talents needed by society.In the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping advocated vigorously promoting the spirit of craftsmen,which immediately aroused the thinking of all walks of life.The spirit of craftsmen can also be used as a starting point and starting point when universities realize their role in educating people.Based on the spirit of craftsmen,exploring the new mode of teaching and educating people in colleges and universities is a problem that should be considered in higher education.
