社区能源网络能量管理和协调控制仿真与测试平台设计 被引量:3

摘要 考虑到社区能源网络拓扑多样性,其控制系统的能量管理和协调控制算法的开发仍处于个性化定制阶段,能量管理和协调控制算法及控制系统设备的测试成本高昂。分析社区能源网络仿真测试平台的设计需求,提出基于DIgSILENT和OPC技术的社区能源网络仿真测试平台设计方案。该仿真测试平台考虑了算法仿真和控制系统设备测试两种应用场景,应用DIgSILENT提供的多种控制算法接口,基于分层分布的信息层架构建立平台的算法仿真架构和硬件在环测试框架。最后,针对具体的社区能源网络拓扑对一种能量管理和协调控制策略进行仿真验证。该仿真平台的设计思路有利于模拟复杂的运行工况,为能量管理和协调控制算法和控制系统设备的研究和测试提供了良好的实验平台。 Since the community energy network topology is diverse and the development of energy management and coordination control algorithms is still in the stage of personalized customization,the control algorithms and equipments are costly to test.The design requirements of community energy network simulation and test platform(CENSTP)are analyzed,and the design scheme of CENSTP based on DIgSILENT and OPC technology is proposed in this paper.The CENSTP can be applied to two application scenarios of algorithm simulation and control equipment testing,in which applies various control algorithm interfaces provided by DIgSILENT to build algorithm simulation framework and hardware-in-the-loop test framework based on hierarchically distributed information layer architecture.Finally,the validity of an energy management and coordinated control algorithm is verified through CENSTP based on a specific topology.The design scheme of the CENSTP is beneficial to simulate several complicated scenarios and provide an experimental platform for the development and testing of advanced energy management and coordinated control algorithms and control equipments.
