摘要
为探究便携式消费品用锂离子电池(组)的质量状况,依据GB 31241-2014标准对采自线上、线下的64批次锂离子电池(组)的电池容量测试、热滥用等6个项目进行了考核。结果显示28批次样品存在容量虚标,3批次样品热滥用、8批次样品重物冲击、2批次样品过(压)充电、1批次样品自由跌落等存在起火或者爆炸问题,15批次未含保护电路的样品外部短路存在过热风险,同时对产生质量问题及风险的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的合理化建议。
In order to explore the quality of lithium-ion cell(battery)for portable consumer goods,six items,such as cell capacity test and thermal abuse,were assessed according to GB31241-2014 standard for 64 batches of lithium-ion cells(batteries)collected online and offline.The results showed that 28 batches of samples were lack of capacity,3 batches of samples subjected to the thermal abuse test,8 batches of samples subjected to impact,2 batches of samples subjected to overcharging and 1 batch of sample subjected to free fall had the problem of fire or explosion,15 batches of samples without protective circuits had the risk of overheating when subjected to external short circuit.At the same time,the causes of quality problems and risks were analyzed,and corresponding rationalization suggestions were put forward.
