摘要
锂离子电池用导电剂逐渐以纳米碳材料为主,本文重点对炭黑(SP)、科琴黑(KB)、碳纳米管(CNTs)、石墨烯(GN)四种导电剂的应用进行分析对比:在正极体系研究中,四种导电剂材料单独使用,阻抗比例为SP∶KB∶CNTs∶GN=100∶87.5∶49.4∶286.2,复合使用的研究结果显示出阻抗值比单一导电剂阻抗值降低,其中以CNTs+GN为最优组合,阻抗值仅为纯SP导电剂的22.8%;在负极体系研究中,CNTs单独用于石墨负极,首效、循环优于传统导电剂SP;石墨烯加入过度金属氧化物中,克容量高、有望解决体积膨胀和循环差等问题。
Lithium ion capacitor is an efficient energy storage device with high specific energy,high specific power density and long life,which has developed rapidly in recent years.One of the key technologies is pre-lithiation in the anode.In this paper,the principle of pre-lithiation is summarized,and the representative work in recent years is selected.The two key directions of lithium source selection and the amount of pre-lithiation are reviewed in order to provide scientific reference and theoretical basis for people to develop related energy storage devices.
