摘要
选择DDB(1,4-二叔丁基-2,5-二甲氧基苯)作为过充添加剂,分别采用循环伏安扫描测试DDB电解液能正常工作的电压范围,采用充放电循环测试DDB对磷酸亚铁锂电池的常温循环性能,采用过充循环测试DDB对磷酸亚铁锂电池的耐过充能力的影响。结果表明DDB作为氧化还原过充添加剂,其工作电压应小于4.0V。在磷酸亚铁锂/人造石墨电池体系中,加入2%DDB电池,在2.4~3.7V电压范围内充放电,1000次循环后容量保持率仍在92%以上。电池的耐过充能力与DDB的含量有关,DDB能极大提高电池的耐过充能力。
DDB(1,4-di-tert-butyl-2,5-dimethoxybenzene)is selected as the overcharge additive,and the working voltage of DDB electrolyte is tested by cyclic voltammetry,the cyclic performance of batteries is tested by charge-discharge cycle,the effect of DDB on the over tolerance of LiFePO4 battery is tested by overcharge cycle.The results show that the working voltage of DDB as redox overcharge additive should be less than 4.0 V.In LiFePO4/graphite battery system,the battery is charge-discharged in 2.4 V^3.7 V,capacity retention rate with 2% DDB electrolyte is still above 92%after 1000 cycles.The overcharge resistance of the battery is related to the content of DDB,DDB can greatly improve the battery’s over tolerance.
