对叠片式锂离子电池极耳弯折的研究

摘要 本文研究了正极耳弯折和负极耳弯折两种情况,前者对电池性能影响较小,后者会造成电池低压甚至着火,通过进一步研究确认,负极耳弯折导致电池低压的原因是,极耳弯折的负极片腐蚀溶解,铜金属在相邻负极片边缘析出,刺破隔膜导致内部短路。 The article focuses on both positive tab bending and negative tab bending.The positive tab bending has little impact on the performance of the battery,while the negative tab bending tends to cause low-voltage or firing to the battery.The article finds out how negative tab bending has caused the low-voltage to the battery.When the bending negative pole erodes and dissolves,copper precipitates from the edges among adjacent negative poles and pierces through the separator causing internal short-circuit.
