摘要
针对多学科设计问题中约束条件过多过于复杂的情况 ,为了保证设计参数一次选取成功 ,提出了一种基于约束网络的多学科协同设计方法。该方法利用约束网络模型收集分属于不同学科的约束条件 ,并在设计期间监控这些约束关系。提出了反映协同设计需求的数学模型 ,设计了一个通用的一致性求解算法框架 ,并利用了基于区间代数的一致性算法。该方法能够在设计的初期就监控设计过程 ,有效地预报冲突。将该方法应用到铁路车辆的转向架设计中 ,已证明了它的有效性。
A constraint network was developed to choose design parameters in multidisciplinary concurrent design. The method considers the constraints from all aspects of the entire lifecycle to achieve “right the first time” design parameters. A general consistency algorithm framework using interval arithmetic is used to refine the intervals. The paper proves that the algorithm that satisfies the framework is arc consistent. The constraint network uses the consistency algorithm to verify the design early in the design process and to assist the designers in determining design variables to reduce the multidisciplinary iterations in the concurrent design. The quantitative effect of downstream constraints is analyzed before determining the design parameters to predict potential conflicts. A bogie design example is given to show the validity of the proposed method.
