摘要
如何实时检测设计冲突从而维护设计一致性是协同设计的关键问题。提出了基于约束的自动冲突检测方法 ;介绍了设计约束在产品信息模型中面向对象的表征 ;讨论了工程设计中的约束满足问题及其区间求解算法 ,并在此基础上发展了一个基于网络的冲突检测器。冲突检测器能够在协同设计过程中实时检测设计冲突 ,避免不必要的设计反馈和重复磋商 ,从而提高了设计效率。
How to detect the design conflict in real time so as to make the design consistent is a key issue in collaborative design. This paper presents a constraint-based automatic conflict detecting method. The object-oriented representation of design constraints in product information model is first introduced, and then the constraint satisfaction problem (CSP) in engineering design and the interval arithmetic of solving CSP are discussed. Moreover, an internet-based function module ConflictDetector is developed. It can detect the design conflict in collaborative design in real time, and can avoid the unnecessary design iteration and repeated negotiation so as to improve design efficiency greatly. A conflict detecting case in a collaborative gearbox design is given to illustrat the effectiveness of Conflict Detector.
