摘要
本文介绍了1000MW白鹤滩水轮发电机推力轴承,推力轴承为双层巴氏合金瓦,推力瓦和托瓦间有一组小支柱,瓦的支撑采用可调支柱螺杆支撑。对白鹤滩推力轴承进行了热弹性流体动力润滑性能有限元分析及优化设计。在3000t推力轴承试验台上对白鹤滩推力轴承进行了试验研究,验证了白鹤滩推力轴承的性能。
This paper presents thrust bearing of 1000 MW Baihetan hydro-generators. The thrust bearing pad with Babbitt layer is a double-layer bearing pad with pins,supporting system is an adjustable spindle. The thermo-elastic-hydrodynamic lubrication performance of thrust bearing have been analyzed by the finite element methods,thrust bearing for Baihetan hydro-generators have been optimized. The thrust bearing with Babbitt layer for1000 MW hydro-generators had been carried out on the 3000 t test stand. The performance of Baihetan thrust bearing is verified.
