摘要
励磁系统是水电站发电机组最重要的控制系统,也是重要的组成部分。励磁系统在实际运行过程中出现故障时将直接威胁到水电站机组的安全运行。本文介绍了水电站一起典型的励磁系统故障——大型水电站一次可控硅击穿事故,分析励磁可控硅击穿导致整流柜烧毁事故起因、过程以及后续处理措施。根据现场设备受损情况和继保设备记录,分析判断出事故原因,并对预后措施进行了描述,根据现象分析了发生的原因,并提出了相应的解决对策,希望对水电行业尤其是水电站运行维护相关人员有一定的借鉴意义。
The excitation control system is the most important hydropower generating units,is also an important part of.The safe operation of the excitation system faults in the actual operation of the process will be a direct threat to the unit in hydropower station.This paper introduces the hydropower station with typical faults in the excitation system---a thruster breakdown accident of large scale hydropower station as an example,the analysis of silicon controlled rectifier exci-tation leads to the breakdown accident cause,process and subsequent treatment measures.According to the equipment damage and relay protection devices to record,analyze and judge the cause of the accident,and the outcome measures were described,according to the analysis of the causes of the phenomenon,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, hope for the hydropower industry in particular has certain reference significance for hydropower station operation and main-tenance personnel.
