摘要
论述了知识创新是知识经济的本质 ,知识创新的核心资源是人才和信息 ,阐明了知识经济时代 ,高校图书馆为知识创新的实现在培养人才和提供信息资源保障方面的作用和地位。
Knowledge innovation is essentiality of knowledge economy, and its key factors are talent and information. This paper focuses on university library's role in talent training and information managenent for knowledge innovation in the era of knowledge economy.
