摘要
研究了压力对铝合金凝固过程的影响。在合金结晶凝固期间施加一定的外压,对宽结晶区间铝合金具有强化补缩作用,这种作用在冷却速度缓慢、合金以典型糊状方式凝固时尤其显著。研究结果表明,加压凝固是提高铸件致密性的重要工艺方法。
Abstract
The effect of pressure on solidification process of aluminium alloy is investigated. The pressure exerted on aluminium alloy with wide crystallization zone can reinforce the feeding effect. The pressure feeding is more effective sepecially on aluminium alloy cooling slowly and solidifying in pasted.Pressure feeding is a important technological measure to increase the compactness of castings
