摘要
目的探讨L 精氨酸 (L Arg)对肾血管性高血压大鼠心肌肥厚的影响。 方法建立二肾一夹( 2K1C)肾性高血压大鼠模型 ,采用放免法检测血浆内皮素 (ET)、血管紧张素II(AngⅡ )的含量 ,并检测血浆中一氧化氮的含量及左心室重量 /体重比。结果经过 8周的治疗后 ,L Arg能显著减轻血浆ET含量及AngⅡ含量 ,提高血浆一氧化氮的含量并能显著减轻 2K1C大鼠左心室心肌肥厚 (P <0 .0 1 )。 结论L Arg通过直接升高血浆一氧化氮含量 ,间接降低血浆ET。
Objective To study the effects of L-Arg on the myocardial hypertrophy in rats with renal hypertension.Methods Two-kidney and one-clip(2K1C) renal hypertension model was established.The endothelin (ET) and AngⅡ in plasma were measured by radioimmunoassay,and the level of NO in plasma and left ventricular/body weight were measured.Results After eight weeks of treatment by L-Arg,the ET and AngⅡ in plasma and the left ventricular weight could be significantly decreased(P<0.01).the level of NO in plasma had increased (P<0.01).Conclusion L-Arg could prevent the myocardial hypertrophy in rats with renal hypertension by directly increasing NO production and indirectly decreasing the level of ET and AngⅡ in plasma.
