摘要
利用真空密封铸造铸件表面合金化工艺,在ZG45钢铸件表面获得了以高钨合金白口铸铁组织为基、以铸造碳化钨颗粒为硬质相的抗磨复合材料层.本文分析了表面复合材料层的凝固过程.
With the help of casting surface alloying of vacuum-sealed process, the wear-resistant composite layer which consists of matrix of high-tungsten white cast iron and hard phase of cast tungsten carbide particles was achieved on the ZG45 steel casting surface. The solidification process of the surface composite layer was also analysed in this paper.
