褪黑激素新论——(1)褪黑激素生理节律与睡眠

摘要 体内褪黑激素、皮质醇和脱氢异雄甾酮等激素的分泌及核心体温变化的生理节律是人体内在生理起博器的标志;补充外源性褪黑激素能对体内褪黑激素生理节律的时相产生影响;个体间褪黑激素的分泌量存在很大差异。迄今为止尚无可靠的证据表明褪黑激素的分泌量对睡眠和睡眠障碍有重要的影响;而皮质醇和脱氢异雄甾酮的分泌量则对睡眠和睡眠障碍有显著的效应。在对褪黑激素的功效和副作用有更深入的了解前,不可随意服用合成褪黑激素。 The endogenous circadian rhythms of melatonin, cortisol, DHEA, and core body temperature are the markers of the human circadian pacemaker. Exogenous melatonin can influence the timing of the circadian rhythm of melatonin. Individual melatonin secretion levels are significantly different. Up to now, no reliable evidence shows that melatonin secretion levels may significantly influence sleep and sleep disorders. The remarkable effects of cortisol and DHEA secretion on sleep and sleep disorders have been distinguished. It may have been better not to take melatonin until we know more about its effect and side effect.
