摘要
轴对称圆柱壳谐振子或振动的柱壳绕其中心轴旋转时 ,其振型在环向不再相对壳体静止而相对壳体转动的现象称为进动。振型的进动角 ψ与壳体绕中心轴的转角 ψ1符合 ψ =kψ1,国内外许多学者研究了谐振陀螺仪的这种现象并取得了较好的结果。在工程实际上航空发动机的高速空心轴、套筒锥齿轮均会产生激振方式不同于谐振陀螺仪并对振动响应有很大的影响的振型进动 ,本文考虑了悬臂圆柱壳的振型进动 ,通过研究获得了高速空心轴、套筒锥齿轮类零部件的振型进动因子与节径数的关系 。
As an axisymmetric cylindrical shell vibrates or a vibrating cylindrical shell rotates about its central axis,its vibrating shape does not keep still on the shell in the circumferential direction but revolves relatively to the shell.This phenomenon is called as precession of vibrating shape.Betwecn the precession angle Ψ and the rotation angle Ψ 1,there keeps the relation Ψ=kΨ 1.This phenomenon has been studied by a lot of scholars but they usually took the aim at analysis of resonator gyro.In fact,the precession of vibrating shape may appear on high-speed axle and bevel gear sleeve in aero engine.The excited vibration patterns are different from that of gyro.The precession of vibrating shape of circular cylinder shell is studied in the paper.The precession factor of the vibrating shape related to high-speed axle and bevel gear sleeve is analyzed.The obtained results are helpful to calculate the resonance response.
