摘要
十三陵蓄能电厂电力系统稳压器PSS制造厂家调试的参数为 :反映相位量的P =0 ,放大信号a =0 6。该参数虽然对机组振荡阻尼很好 ,但频率特性较差。电厂根据励磁系统及PSS频率特性及仿真试验 ,又经选取两组参数进行现场试验 ,在 1号机组上获得的PSS参数为P =3 75 ,a =0 6 ,并在 4台机组上进行了核对性检查试验 ,结果均满足要求。但考虑到 4台机组并联运行时阻尼应该降低一些 ,即减少PSS增益 ,因此将 4台机组的放大信号a调整为 0 3。 4台机组的PSS参数按试验结果进行修改并投入运行后 ,机组在发电或抽水等各种运行方式均有较好的阻尼效果 。
The parameters of power system stabilizer (PSS) for the Shisanling Pumped storage Power Plant are given by the manufacturer, that is, P=0, α=0.6. Such parameters have good oscillation damping on generating unit but poor frequency features. Based on its excitation system, PSS frequency features and simulation tests, the Shisanling Pumped storage Power Plant selects two parameter groups to make field tests. In No.1 generating unit, the PSS parameters of P=3.75 and α=0.6 have been gained and have been tested in other four generating units for check. The test results all meets the requirements. Considering the damping should be in low side when four generating units are in parallel operation, the amplifying signal α for such four generating units was adjusted as 0.3. After four generating units adopt the new PSS parameters, their operations both during power generation and during water pumping all have good damping effectiveness so that the low frequency oscillation of the system has been effectively controlled.
